Our investigations include a multi-disciplinary and scientific approach to diagnostics because indoor environmental problems may have several sources and/or complex building science issues which contribute to and/or exacerbate the known and potentially hidden problem(s).

Due to the confidential nature of the majority of EnviroGroup’s projects and because indoor environmental issues are predominantly driven by occupant health and safety concerns, the consultants are well educated and aware of potential occupant perceptions and well versed in risk communications, such as: responding to occupants’ complaints with a good “bedside manner”, maintaining attorney/client privileges and following directions from clients in communications with occupants.
