Due to the confidential nature of the majority of EnviroGroup's projects and because indoor environmental issues are predominantly driven by occupant health and safety concerns, the consultants are well educated and aware of potential occupant perceptions and well versed in risk communications, such as: responding to occupants' complaints with a good "bedside manner", maintaining attorney/client privileges and following directions from clients in communications with occupants.

Following our investigation, we then provide recommendations for repairs and offer our clients' award winning remediation/restoration services for repair of building/construction problems and defects that may related to and/or responsible for an individual's suspect indoor environmental conditions at home, work or school. These conditions are commonly referred to as: "Building Related Illnesses" or "Sick Building Syndrome"
